About The Author

Born and raised in Manhattan Beach, California, Hailey started doing makeup when he was nineteen years old and became the youngest makeup artist in the union. At 23 he became the head of makeup for the television series Dallas and stayed there for ten years. He moved from there with Patrick Duffy to doing Suzanne Somers' makeup for the ABC sitcom, "Step by Step" and went from there to the hit CBS television series, "Jag."

Because he started getting bored on the set, and at the prompting of a new wife, Hailey picked up a laptop and started doing what he had done before and had gotten discouraged, he started writing again.
